I'd like to give a recommendation & praise to EPE Global Sydney (the suppliers of the Speedy Tent) for their excellent service.
I contacted them last Thursday seeking a replacement metal ferrule for the Speedy tent my son uses. I spoke to "John" and he said he would mail one to me; but then asked when I needed it. I told him I was going camping on the weekend to which he responded that he would send it overnight. Sure enough, Friday afternoon it arrived in the mail in plenty of time.
No charge and what fantastic service! Well done!
