Hi Folks,
Trying to get my Brumby registered and have done most things but took her for a drive the other day and there was a lot of "clatter" when I coasted down a slight decline.
Took her home and put here up on the stands and noticed one of the steering boots had a tear in it and when I turn the steering wheel lock to lock there is a crunch/click type noise at the same place (about 3/4 right lock). Also suspect the CV joints and tie rod ends but also suspect something in the steering components like the rake of the steering universal.
I admit to being a total newb, so would liek any advise on a methodical approach on what to check and replace (I think the engine mounts are also shot ).
Looking forward to some wonderful direction.
Cheers,
Barra
