The announcement states:
It is well recognized that climate change for whatever reason is relevant to us all and recent activity on this forum, which is a Subaru specific motoring board, has shown that the topic of climate change has a “high potential for controversy”. With this in mind the management has decided that topics associated with “climate change” are now “off-limits” under forum rule # 8 which will be modified to read:
"8. Off Topic Forum: Political, religious, climate change or similar topics with high potential for controversy are off-limits. If you are not certain whether a specific topic you wish to post is appropriate, please check with a staff member first."
