As i understand C, D, or E its rating for LT tire. D would be heavier tire with stronger sidewalls and need more psi , would go better with lower psi too then C. And LT is more heavier and robust then P tire.

Dunkeld to Halls Gap (Grampians, Vic) early morning in Winter.
Orbost (Vic) to Eden (NSW) and beyond.
Anglesea to Apollo Bay (Vic) particularly late afternoon when the wind blows the sea mist and spray up over the hills.

No-ones mentioned Rocky Road.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_road_(dessert)
Quote:
The origin of the dessert is debated, but the earliest mention of it dates back to 1853 in Australia, where rocky road was supposedly created as a way to sell confectionery that had spoiled during the long trip from Europe, which were mixed with locally-grown nuts and cheap chocolate to disguise the flavor.[3] According to this origin story, the name comes from the rocky road that travelers had to take to reach the goldfields
- It's worth a road trip to get some..

I would definitely add the Alpine Way from Khancoban through the Snowy mountains to Thredbo. The other one would be the Marysville Woods Point Jamieson Road.
