The spacer I made out of 1/2" pipe and some longer m6x1.0 bolts, cut 2 peices of pipe to 5/8" roughly and had to back the cable adjuster out as far as physically possibly.

Thanks Kevin, it's pretty much gunna be a waiting game now for parts and money for odds and ends.

Still need to order a fuel pump, radiator fan, get stuff for wire splicing. Figure out which radiator I'm going to use. Might need a little more 5/16 EFI hose. Alot of zip ties for hanging the wiring harness.

I have a garage, and I'm not afraid to work in the cold. I gotta change the clutch in the rabbit, after that I'll probably get it in the garage for a few things.

Has this work slowed down?

I'm hoping not - keep it going, chip away at it and you'll have it sorted in no time, even though it feels like it'll take you ages!
