The spacer I made out of 1/2" pipe and some longer m6x1.0 bolts, cut 2 peices of pipe to 5/8" roughly and had to back the cable adjuster out as far as physically possibly.

Thanks Kevin, it's pretty much gunna be a waiting game now for parts and money for odds and ends.

Still need to order a fuel pump, radiator fan, get stuff for wire splicing. Figure out which radiator I'm going to use. Might need a little more 5/16 EFI hose. Alot of zip ties for hanging the wiring harness.

I have a garage, and I'm not afraid to work in the cold. I gotta change the clutch in the rabbit, after that I'll probably get it in the garage for a few things.

Has this work slowed down?

I'm hoping not - keep it going, chip away at it and you'll have it sorted in no time, even though it feels like it'll take you ages!

Cheers

Bennie

Haven't had anything to update for awhile had to put a new clutch in the daily VW Rabbit. Had a tranny seal blow out and coat everything in gear oil, causing it to slip.

I'll get back to it soon.

Been awhile since I've even touched this thing. But made some progress yesterday. Got spark n fuel, not sure if the injectors are firing or not, might be missing a ground somewhere in the harness.

So I changed all the fuel lines underneath and figured out where I want to mount the fuel pump. Gunna run wires to it from where the plug was on the EJ harness.
