How do you remove the radio in a 2000 outback limited?

if you take out the ash tray theres a screw underneath the top section. thats the hardest to find. then you have to remove the whole wood grain trim including the trim around the gear stick. once all this is removed you have easy access to the side screws of the radio. the circles in the diagram are just clips. just gently pull the trim out
