@Kevin Thanks for the body lift advice mate!
never looked into it tbh, will check it out

The SF came stock with 200mm of clearance which is ok but not great.
So far with the factory plastic sump guard I've only lightly tapped it once, but I've reversed away from tracks more times than i can count that i would try if i had a little more clearance and a proper sump guard which i intend to make myself (i hope).

I would like to think im extra safe while off-roading, choosing the best line on foot before attempting anything in the foz, so far I've been thru some stuff i probably shouldn't have but managed to find/make a chicken track around the bad stuff, then a couple of times i just parked and filled the bog hole with dead tree's, worked a treat

hahaha Thanks heaps temmah

Im glad your on my level

Im sure if i slapped the full cost of my suspension upgrade on the table i wouldn't have a great response either

best to do in small doses, which may be harder to pull off with a 2016 model mind you
but even more rewarding when you succeed

while purchasing new standard height shocks and springs all round i was very carefully educating my wife about the SUBIELIFTOZ lift kit and what it could do for > US <

its been a long process trust me but we're nearly there

i just need to make up my mind which kit to go with
