i need new struts . but at the same time i would like to lift it about 2-2.5 inches .

All i want to know is
what struts i should get ...
What are the cheapest options....
And are there any suppliers in sydney that arnt crazy expensive

Huh ? Why did u comment then

Sorry, I misunderstood the question.

I don't believe there are struts that will give you the lift. You will probably have to use lift blocks and or raised springs.

Well if your going to be like that since very few of us are from Sydney we won't bother helping you.

Stilson is right, struts won't lift the car. You need either lift blocks and/or raised springs. Just google and ring up a few suspension mobs.

The cheapest it could be done is about $600.

You have asked this question across multiple threads & forums; so here is the definitive answer:

1. There is no cheap option
2. KYB struts
3. +30mm king springs
4. Optionally add lift blocks

Yes, I'm from Sydney!

5.

Nope - if you want the job done properly

Hi there, I am from Sydney ;)

1. KYB or genuine Subaru.
2. not really unless you are good with hand and math: make bottom lift (warning: very dangerous if you dont know what you are doing).
3. Supplier for what? You can ring around for prices, its not hard.

Hope it help.
